These tips could also apply to office spaces. You have to keep your property presentable and well maintained if you want to sell it or open it for rent. That's what I've done with my office space in Dulles, VA. The buyers loved how clean the office is. Same goes with my office space in Reston, VA. Thing here is that you have to keep everything presentable at all times. You wouldn't want to hear negative comments from your potential buyers.
